PrimeCrux: The heart of every school day.

Results day, without the stress.

PrimeCrux helps Nigerian schools run each term's results, from score entry to published report cards and parents who can see them.

Free for schools with up to 70 students. No card needed.

A sample report card with made-up names and marks.

One term, four people, no spreadsheets passed around

Principals

  • See what is still missing, class by class and subject by subject, before results go out.
  • Approve a score sheet or send it back with a note. By default, nobody approves their own work.
  • Publish a whole class in one step. Later changes need a reason and a second person.

Teachers

  • Enter scores on a phone. Totals and grades appear as you type, and marks save by themselves on a weak network.
  • Submit each test on its own, so first-test marks are locked while the exam is still to come.
  • Take the daily register and rate behaviour and skills for your class.

Parents

  • Open your child's report card from a private link sent by email or text, confirmed with a one-time code.
  • Download the card as a PDF and see your child's attendance. No account to create.
  • Scan the code on any printed card to check that it is real.

School owners

  • Start from a ready-made setup for your school type, then change what is different.
  • Invite staff with the access their job needs, and suspend them when they leave.
  • Every change to published results is kept in a history you can read.

How a term works

  1. Step 1: Set up your school

Choose your school type and we fill in the session, terms, classes, subjects and grading. Change anything that differs.

  2. Step 2: Teachers enter scores

Each teacher sees only their own classes and subjects, and submits each test when it is done.

  3. Step 3: Review, approve and publish

Check what is missing, approve each subject, then publish the class together.

  4. Step 4: Parents get report cards

Report cards are issued with charts, a QR code and a short code. Parents open them with a private link.

Student records need careful handling

Here is what the product does today to protect them.

Each school is kept apart

A school can read only its own records. The database enforces this, and our tests try to cross the line on purpose.

Scores are checked three times

In the browser, on the server and in the database. Submitted scores are locked, and every change is recorded with who made it and when.

Published results are protected

A correction after publishing needs a written reason and approval from someone else. The old and new marks stay in the history.

Optional two-step sign-in

Staff can turn on a code from an authenticator app. Once it is on, the school's records stay hidden until the code is entered.

Parent links that expire

Parent links last 30 days and need a one-time code. Removing a parent from a student cuts off access at once.

Report cards you can check

Issued report cards are frozen. Anyone can verify one with its QR code or short code.

Data is stored in London, outside Nigeria. Our privacy policy and data processing agreement are drafts waiting for legal review, and say so on the page.

Set up your school this week

Create your school, add your classes and invite your teachers. It takes a few minutes to see how it works.
